Biography

The plastic surgeon Dr. Barbara Howard has a certification to practice her profession that dates back to 2000. The American Board of Plastic Surgery testifies to her expertise since she has followed the rules and regulations on how to be a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. The aim of Dr. Howard assists patients in understanding the specifics of every procedure so that they can have realistic expectations concerning the end result.

Dr. Howard received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Northeast Missouri State University and later on got her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Missouri. Residency training in general surgery and plastic surgery lasted from 1994 to 2000 at Ohio State University in Columbus. There she trained under the supervision of the most prominent plastic surgeons.
