About Ayman Hakki, MD

A Manhattan, New York plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery Dr Ayman R. Hakki is an active member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons (FACS).

Dr Hakki graduated from the School of Medicine at Damascus University with his MD Degree. He completed his pathology internship through Lehigh Valley Hospital Center and then completed his General Surgery residency there before finishing up with a residency in Plastic Surgery through hospitals affiliated with Georgetown University. In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Hakki is currently serving as an Assistant Clinical Professor in Plastic Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital.

Dr. Hakki’s firm knowledge of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery has enabled him to perform numerous types of surgical procedures relating to the head and neck, as well as the breasts and body; additionally, he has performed numerous non-surgical aesthetic procedures as well. His philosophy centres on the concept of creating the best individualised treatment plans based on each patient’s needs, through careful consideration of proportionate and balanced anatomy, so that the final result will appear to be natural
