Dr. Audrey Nguyen is a Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive academic training and medical education. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from UCLA and was honored to graduate magna cum laude from UCLA. After earning her Doctorate of Medicine from the School of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine, Dr. Nguyen graduated at the top of her class. In addition, Dr. Nguyen received three distinguished awards: The Dean’s Award for Outstanding Graduating Student, the Award from the Department of Surgery, and membership in the highly regarded Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
Dr. Nguyen has completed her residency training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) – a highly recognized program in the nation. During her residency training, Dr. Nguyen obtained significant experience in all facets of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and was very much involved in the education and skill development of surgeons-in-training. As a senior resident, Dr. Nguyen served as a senior resident lead for the Botox and Injectables Clinic and received multiple Honor Roll nominations from the Muriel Steele Society at UCSF.
Additionally, Dr. Nguyen actively supports the education of healthcare providers by continuing to volunteer her time as a Clinical Instructor and is currently providing Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical services to the Veteran community at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
