About Audrey A. Klenke, MD, FACS

Dr. Audrey A. Klenke, a plastic surgeon who is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is located in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Dr. Klenke’s area of expertise is cosmetic surgery of both the face and the body, offering both surgical and non-surgical solutions based on the individual goals of each patient, in addition to being careful in making decisions when a patient should undergo Surgery versus Non-Surgical Protocols (NBP).

Pinnacle Plastic Surgery is co-owned by Dr. Klenke along with PURE Med Spa and Pinnacle Dermatology. Dr. Klenke’s philosophy as a physician is to educate patients regarding options available and base everything on listening carefully and providing treatments that meet the patient’s stated goals while keeping safety and long-term effects a priority.

Having moved to South Carolina from the Midwest in 2013, Dr. Klenke is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is committed to keeping abreast of advancements in plastic surgery while practicing evidence-based techniques. As both a surgeon and mother, Dr. Klenke has developed a balanced approach to her practice and builds strong relationships with her patients regardless of their backgrounds.
