About Ary Krau, MD, FACS

Ary Krau is a board-certified plastic surgeon and fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He maintains his thriving practice as a plastic surgeon in Miami, Florida, and has been in solo practice since 1995. He maintains a fully accredited, state-licensed plastic surgery facility in Bay Harbor Islands.

Dr. Krau holds his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. His general surgery residency training was completed at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital and Brooklyn, New York, while his plastic surgery residency training at King’s County Hospital, New York. Dr. Krau also completed plastic surgery fellowship training at the Larry B. Robbins program at Miami Heart Institute. Dr. Krau is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery; he is also a Fellow at the American College of Surgeons.

His practice as a surgeon encompasses various cosmetic surgeries on the face as well as the rest of the body. These procedures involve rhinoplasty, breast augmentation with lift, body sculpting, abdominoplasty, facelift, neck lift, brow lift, eyelid surgery, and skincare. Of these, he has had a particular interest in technically complex surgeries like rhinoplasty, for which he has designed surgical methods that are published in various journals. Dr. Krau has also been involved in teaching at a medical facility and appeared in national media for plastic surgery-related news. His main focus in practice is surgery safety, personalized patient care, and continuity of care during the process.
