About Armen Vartany, MD, FACS

Dr. Armen Vartany, MD, FACS, is a plastic surgeon who has been double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, making him one of the most qualified plastic surgeons in America with almost 25 years of experience with patients in Los Angeles, Burbank, Glendale, Encino, and all the surrounding communities. Dr. Vartany is well known for his expertise in rhinoplasty on an international level; he has performed over 3000 rhinoplasties, along with a reputation for being a leader in facial rejuvenation and body contouring.

Dr. Vartany received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Tufts University in Boston, MA and then completed his five-year surgical residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, followed by further surgical specialization in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California, Irvine, and a one-year program at the University of California San Francisco, concentrating on Hand and Microvascular Surgery, gaining knowledge about precision and skill in all areas of plastic surgery.

Dr. Vartany is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also an active member of ASPS. In 2013, Dr. Vartany opened a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility and maintains staff privileges at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Burbank. Dr. Vartany stays involved in the field of plastic surgery by conducting research, participating in professional meetings, and publishing articles about new and improved techniques. He offers the complete spectrum of cosmetic and aesthetic plastic surgery through his practice.
