About Anuja Kandanatt Antony, MD

A well-trained and extremely experienced female plastic surgeon practising within the Raleigh and Cary areas of North Carolina with over 20 years worth of previous experience is Dr. Anuja Kandanatt Antony. Anjali trained in medicine and surgery at both Harvard University Medical Center and Stanford University. She is noted for her leadership, innovation, and patient-focused philosophy of providing aesthetic & reconstructive surgery services.

Dr. Antony was trained as an advanced-level plastic surgeon at Stanford University’s Medical Center and completed fellowships in two prestigious facilities: Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Mass. Dr. Antony is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Doctor of Medicine degree. In addition, she received a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard University and is currently completing an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Dr. Antony is the founder and director of the Antony Institute of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery. In terms of academia, she is one of the founding members of the American College of Surgeons and serves on the Executive Board of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In addition to being board-certified in plastic surgery, Dr. Antony holds the position of Associate Consulting Professor for the Division of Plastic, Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery at Duke University Medical Center.
