About Andrew McGregor, MD

Dr. McGregor is a dual board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon dedicated to providing excellent patient-centered care to his patients. As a lifelong resident of St. Lucie County, he brings to every patient experience a high level of surgical expertise combined with an easygoing, friendly approach to alleviating anxiety. Dr. McGregor completed his medical education at Ross University in 2013 before entering into a rigorous four-year surgical residency at Danbury Hospital. He then completed an additional year as a research fellow at Yale University during his residency.

As part of his extensive training and experience as a reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon, Dr. McGregor completed one of the longest-running fellowships in plastic surgery in the United States through Stony Brook University Hospital, Nassau University Medical Center, and New York Plastic Surgery Group. His education and experience include aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body; hand surgery; craniofacial surgery; and skin cancer treatment, among others.

Dr. McGregor is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of General Surgery. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. McGregor practices at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital and HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital. When not performing surgery, Dr. McGregor enjoys playing classical piano, training as a bodybuilder, and spending time with his wife of 15 years and their two children. Dr. McGregor is committed to using his skills and compassion to help every patient achieve the best possible outcome from their surgeries and procedures.
