About Andrew Klapper, MD

Dr. Andrew Mark Klapper is an esteemed plastic surgeon who trained at NYU with a cutting-edge focus on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He is affiliated with Delray Medical Center, a trauma Level I and Boca Raton Regional Hospital. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed a rigorous one-year plastic surgery fellowship at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, which is one of the top Programs in the country.

Dr. Klapper is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has more than 21 years of extensive experience. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon who focuses on aesthetic surgery, reconstructive surgery and complex wound care, an area in which he has contributed extensively through scientific publications. Dr. Klapper has published in major medical journals, including BMJ Case Reports and Advances in Wound Care. He has made significant contributions in the field of skin graft creation, external tissue expansion and new grafting techniques. The research published in journals has received multiple citations and continues to shape the practice of medicine today.
