Dr. Andrew Mark Klapper is an esteemed plastic surgeon who trained at NYU with a cutting-edge focus on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He is affiliated with Delray Medical Center, a trauma Level I and Boca Raton Regional Hospital. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed a rigorous one-year plastic surgery fellowship at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, which is one of the top Programs in the country.
