About Andrea Martin, MD

Recognized for her commitment to providing natural, confidence-boosting outcomes for patients throughout the greater Chicago area, Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Andrea Martin is one of the fastest-growing providers of cosmetic surgery in the Chicagoland area. Dr. Martin has a reputation for being warm, detail-oriented, and dedicated to individualized treatment plans that fit each patient’s needs. Dr. Martin believes that the experience of surgery is just as significant as the result and places emphasis on patient education, comfort, and trust.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Martin obtained her medical degree from the University of Missouri and subsequently completed a very competitive private practice-based Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the University. During that time, Dr. Martin received the Outstanding Student in Plastic Surgery award and participated in numerous research endeavors, including the development of an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery protocol for breast surgery procedures, which improved patient comfort, decreased the need for narcotics and established a new standard of care following breast surgery.

When not working as a surgeon, Dr. Martin enjoys spending time with her pets, cooking, doing home repair/modifications, traveling, and supporting the Kansas City Chiefs.
