Dr. Amer Nassar, a double-boarded plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery and American Board of Surgery), practices in Alaska with locations in Anchorage, Kenai, Palmer, Wasilla, and statewide. Dr. Nassar graduated as the top student in his class from medical school and completed a prestigious senior research fellowship in New York City focused on Aesthetics and Laser Technology. He completed his general surgery residency with distinction at the University of Washington and served as Chief Resident during his final year. After completing his general surgery residency, Dr. Nassar completed a prestigious Plastic Surgery Residency and Fellowship at Harvard Medical School, where again he had the honour of being named Chief Resident and earning the Academic Excellence Award twice due to having twice received the highest score on the national plastic surgery examination (in 2016 and 2018).
