About Alicia Sigler, MD

Dr. Alicia Sigler, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon located in Tijuana, Mexico. She graduated from La Salle University of Mexico City in 1997 with her medical degree and completed her specialization in craniofacial surgery with Dr. Fernando Ortiz Monasterio, who is commonly referred to as the father of plastic surgery in Mexico. Since establishing her office just south of the border, where she has provided care to international patients, Dr. Sigler has performed over 2,000 successful plastic and reconstructive surgeries.

Dr. Sigler is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and regularly attends symposiums and conferences to keep up with surgical advancements. Her clinic provides a full range of surgical and non-surgical services such as facial and body aesthetics, facial feminization, and post-bariatric body contouring surgery.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Sigler has spent over 20 years donating cleft lip and palate surgery with organizations such as Shriners in Tijuana and ConnectMed International. She is passionate about patient-centered care focused on safety, affordability, and providing outcomes that integrate the patient’s body, mind, and spirit.
