About Ali Totonchi, MD

Dr. Ali Totonchi, MD, is an accredited plastic and reconstructive surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). He focuses on cosmetic, reconstructive, and craniofacial surgery. He has skills in body contouring, breast surgery, eyelid surgery, facial surgery, rhinoplasty, and migraine surgery. Dr. Totonchi is well-known locally, nationally, and internationally for his skills, patient-oriented approach, focus on safety, and individualized care.

Dr. Totonchi currently serves as a professor at Case Western Reserve University, where he trains the next generation of surgeons. In addition, he is active in research and clinical innovation and has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences. He holds leadership roles such as President of the Migraine Surgery Society and commentary on the Board of Directors for The Rhinoplasty Society, and is active with several other scientific societies and journals.

His outstanding surgical abilities have received honors from Newsweek’s America’s Best Plastic Surgeons and Cleveland Magazine’s Best Doctors. Dr. Totonchi applies the newest advancements and techniques to ensure that his patients achieve safe, natural, and optimal results.

He practices in the Greater Cleveland area with offices in Westlake, Lyndhurst, and Cleveland, where he is well known for providing patients with their best version of themselves.
