About Ali Sakinsel, MD

Dr. Ali Sakinsel, MD, is a highly respected plastic and aesthetic surgeon with a wealth of experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Born in Cyprus in 1966, he received his medical degree from Uludag University Faculty of Medicine in 1990; thereafter, he continued with a specialization in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

As part of his training, Dr. Sakinsel worked abroad, notably a year-long residency at Bradford Royal Infirmary Hospital in England, and a hands-on experience at the Gulhane Military Medical Academy Burn Department. In 1998, he started his practice at Şişli Etfal Hospital in Turkey and then moved to his own private polyclinic, still providing complete aesthetic and reconstructive and plastic surgery.

Dr. Sakinsel is known for his focus on the patient experience while providing surgical expertise through his artistic eye to achieve natural and balanced results. He participates in Continuing Medical Education courses and workshops that help to inform his techniques while representing the cusp of the philosophies of contemporary plastic surgery.

He is a proud member of numerous professional societies that broaden his cognizance of the global standards of plastic and reconstructive surgery, such as ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), IPRAS, TPRECD, EPCD, and KKPRECD.

Dr. Sakinsel is also a proud husband and father of two, and he provides the same care and devotion to his patients as he does for his own family.
