About Ali Sadeghi, MD, FACS

Dr. Ali Sadeghi, MD, FACS, is also called Doctor Nola. He is double board-certified and a plastic and reconstructive surgeon located in New Orleans. Dr. Sadeghi provides an unparalleled level of surgical skill with cosmetic plastic surgery and reconstructive breast surgery, combined with a commitment to exemplary patient care.

Dr. Sadeghi completed his MD education at the University of British Columbia. He completed his residency at the SUNY Health Science Center in New York and subsequently completed advanced training at Louisiana State University. He is a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, and actively maintains a medical license in Louisiana and New York.

Dr. Sadeghi is the Founder and Medical Director of Sadeghi Center for Plastic Surgery and Surgery Center NOLA, where he delivers empathy, compassion, and patient-centered care. He has decades of experience in providing the highest level of care and expertise in reconstructive breast surgery, facial and body aesthetics, and microsurgical or complicated cases, and has performed thousands of procedures over a period of nearly 20 years.

Dr. Sadeghi advocates for personalized treatment planning, educating patients, and utilizing state-of-the-art techniques in the OR. His primary focus throughout the process of surgery is on comfort, safety, and transparency so that patients can feel confident they are making the best decisions for themselves.
