About Alberto Venegas Eguia, MD

Dr. Alberto Ildefonso Venegas Eguía, MD, is a certified plastic surgeon located in Zapopan, Jalisco, México. He obtained his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) in 2009, and pursued a formal specialization in General Surgery at the Universidad de Guadalajara (UdeG) in 2015. He engaged in his formal training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UdeG and completed this in 2018. He is a certificated member of the Consejo Mexicano de Cirugía Plástica, Estética y Reconstructiva (CMCPER).

Dr. Venegas Eguía’s practice includes aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, with the most attention paid to facial surgery. He provides cosmetic surgery to enhance the appearance of the face with procedures like facelift, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery, as well as reconstructive surgery to treat the functional and cosmetic effects of trauma, congenital defects, or medical treatments. He balances didactic, surgical expertise with the understanding of individual patients, in order to achieve results that have a natural and harmonious appearance.
