Dr. Alan Weiss is a board-certified plastic surgeon with expertise in microsurgery, hand surgery, and advanced reconstructive surgery. As a solo practitioner, Dr. Weiss takes great pride in offering concierge-level service in which patients receive his full attention and individualized care, and he is focused on their specific needs.

Dr. Weiss completed a fellowship in Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery and Microsurgery at the University of Colorado and has been board-certified since 1990. He is on staff at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC), where he contributes to the clinical practice, education and training, and academic leadership of the University of Maryland Medical System.

Dr. Weiss is a leader in the field and has published techniques that also facilitate patient comfort, i.e., “Tumescent Twist of Augmentation Mammoplasty,” which shows patients can recover from painful breast enlargement procedures without experiencing pain.
