About Adam Summers, MD

Dr. Adam Summers is a distinguished plastic surgeon and was recently named one of the Top Plastic Surgeons in America by Newsweek. He graduated from St. Louis University School of Medicine with Honors and distinction in Research. He completed a residency in Plastic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he also served as Chief Resident. Additionally, he completed advanced fellowships in Microvascular, Hand, and Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Summers has completed groundbreaking surgical procedures, including being the first surgeon to perform a series of microsurgical breast reconstructions at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He is also the creator of the “One Hour Facelift,” a minimally invasive and durable option for facial rejuvenation that is completed under local anesthesia.

Dr. Summers is a respected leader in aesthetic medicine, having participated in FDA clinical trials for silicone breast implants, fillers, as well as ultrasonic fat reduction procedures. He conducts clinical research on minimally invasive facial rejuvenation, scar reduction, and advanced topical skin care, and serves as an expert opinion in a variety of aesthetic topics.

In 2002, Dr. Summers was the first in the Mid-Atlantic to open a true Medical Spa, bringing together surgery, dermatologic treatments and aesthetics under one roof!
