Dr. Adam Saad is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, and currently serves as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. Being a New Jersey native, he graduated from Rutgers University with honors before obtaining his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, where he was actively engaged in surgical education and research.
He completed his general surgery residency at Drexel University/Hahnemann Hospital, and went on to train in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, where he honed his skills in advanced microsurgery and breast reconstruction surgery, particularly in innovative fat grafting techniques developed and perfected at LSU and his work in virtual surgical planning was awarded by the Louisiana Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Beyond his role in hospital leadership, Dr. Saad is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Drexel University College of Medicine and Assistant Professor at the Seton Hall–Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. He has published several peer-reviewed articles on microsurgical innovation and presented nationally.
In addition to practicing surgery, Dr. Saad is a CrossFit athlete and gym owner. He has exercised his entire life and embodies fitness and optimal performance daily. Dr. Saad leverages his athletic background as he has developed a specialized practice for sports hernia repair and reconstructive microsurgery.
