Dr. A. Frederick Gall, Jr. is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than two decades of practice in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Based in Winchester, Virginia, he’s known for his patient-centered approach and dedication to natural, well-proportioned results. Graduating from the West Virginia University School of Medicine with his M.D. in 1981, Dr. Gall began practice in 1989 and has built a highly respected practice for his surgical skills and compassionate care.
