Dr. Al S. Aly is a reputable plastic surgeon, widely acclaimed as a leader in body contouring after significant weight reduction. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon and serves as Professor of Plastic Surgery, as well as the Director of the Post-Bariatric Body Contouring Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he has practiced for an excess of 20 years to enable natural and transformative outcomes for his patients.
He has clinical expertise in body lifts, arm and thigh reductions, breast and chest contouring, and abdominoplasty. Advanced techniques include the TULUA tummy tuck and structural rhinoplasty.
