Bariatric and general surgeon Dr. Adam H. Beall is part of AnMed Piedmont Surgical – Anderson and has dedicated his surgical skills to help patients lose weight, overcome diabetes, and enhance their health and quality of life. With advanced education and experience, Dr. Beall has developed an individualized approach to the care of each patient based upon the patient’s unique circumstances.
Dr. Beall completed a fellowship in bariatric surgery through the Cleveland Clinic Florida, an internship and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Beall is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. He provides a combination of surgical skill and clearly defined supportive guidance to each patient so that they have an understanding of what to expect at each stage of care.
Dr. Beall provides on-call general and trauma surgery services in addition to bariatric procedures as a service to his community. He approaches bariatric surgery with a commitment to long-term support and wellness in parallel with assisting each patient to make sustainable lifestyle changes following surgical care.
Dr. Beall’s focus on both the patient’s health and successful outcomes is complemented by his belief in empowering the patient to be confident and safe during the surgical process and to make informed decisions.
