Dr. Andrew J. Hajduczek, MD, FACS, is an accomplished general and bariatric surgeon who operates out of San Pedro and La Palma, California, in the United States. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of Silesia School of Medicine in Katowice (Poland), and he completed his general surgery residency at the UC Irvine Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Hajduczek has a wealth of surgical experience that demonstrates his outstanding ability to perform surgeries with precision, safety, and compassion for all of his patients.
In addition to being board-certified in General Surgery, Dr. Hajduczek is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), which highlights his dedication to providing general surgical excellence, as well as adhering to the high standards of quality that all surgeons are required to meet. With his membership in the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS), Dr. Hajduczek is constantly educating himself on the latest techniques in bariatric and minimally-invasive surgeries.
Dr. Hajduczek has a specialty in treating obesity and the many medical problems associated with being obese. He performs gastric bypass surgery, sleeve gastrectomy, and LAP-BAND® surgery. He also performs revisional bariatric surgeries.
