About Armand V. Simone, MD

Highly regarded as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with over thirty-five years of experience, Armand V. Simone, MD, a New Yorker by birth, practices in Manhattan. After earning a Medical Degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, he continued with an additional seven years of postgraduate training in New York City, completing both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery full residencies. His advanced training has allowed him to focus on the results of cosmetic procedures with a distinct emphasis on the quality of workmanship and patient care.

Dr. Simone has received Board-certification through the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He was elected to become a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Presently, he is a Senior Attending Plastic Surgeon at Lenox Hill Hospital, holding the title of Chairman of the Lenox Hill Plastic Surgical Society and also having served in numerous Leadership and Consulting capacities during his long career.

Along with cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, he is well-versed in cleft lip and palate repair, spending countless hours providing volunteer surgical care for underprivileged children. Dr. Simone is recognized as a leader in promoting safety, ethics, and exceptional patient outcomes.
