Dr. Adam Purzycki is a board-certified plastic surgeon who focuses on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast and body. He attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where he first developed a passion for plastic surgery while researching and presenting at various national conferences, such as the American Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Association.
After completing his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Dr. Purzycki participated in an advanced breast surgery fellowship under noted plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Vega in Rochester, New York, where he learned the latest advanced techniques in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
Dr. Purzycki has been practicing in the Raleigh area since 2016, with a focus on cosmetic surgery of the breast and body and reconstructive surgery for patients with breast and skin cancer. He has privileges at UNC Rex Hospital and WakeMed Raleigh Campus, and is noted for his precision, compassion, and commitment to patient satisfaction.
In his spare time, Dr. Purzycki loves to spend time with his wife, Megan, and their four children, Carly, Caleb, Molly, and Levi. As an outdoor enthusiast, he loves camping, hiking and distance running, and does his best to balance the demands of surgery with family life.
