World-famous Plastic Surgeon Dr. Bahman Guyuron, MD is an expert in both Rhinoplasty and Migraine Surgery. His pioneering contributions to both areas have earned him international recognition as an expert. He is also the founding chairman of Plastic Surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and helped develop surgical education and innovation.
Dr. Guyuron has been a plastic surgeon for more than 40 years and is the author of more than 330 peer-reviewed articles and author or co-author of six textbooks on aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. From 2016 to 2023, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the journal Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and has lectured in over 30 countries as well as being a visiting professor at major academic medical centres in the United States.
Dr. Guyuron has been the president of several major organizations, including the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, The Rhinoplasty Society and the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has been on the board of directors of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr Guyuron has received many awards for his work including Lifetime Achievement and Distinguished Service Awards by the leading surgical societies.
