Dr. Aaron Gilson, DO, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon known for his attention to detail, aesthetic precision, and patient-centered care. He holds certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He applies advanced surgical training and artistic expertise to achieve natural-looking results.
Dr. Gilson earned his undergraduate degree from Vassar College and his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University, where he was inducted into the national medical honor society, Sigma Sigma Pi, as a result of his academic honors. He subsequently entered a general surgery residency at Waterbury Hospital and completed a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Tennessee. To enhance his skills and knowledge, Dr. Gilson completed a fellowship in aesthetic surgery with Dr. Kiya Movassaghi, Vice President of the American Society of Aesthetic Surgery, where he further refined advanced cosmetic surgery techniques – one of the highlights of his career.
