Dr. Algie LaBrasca, DO, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon devoted to providing expertise, compassion, and a friendly, patient-centered approach for his patients and community. Growing up in DuBois, Pennsylvania, Dr. LaBrasca is proud to take care of the community that raised him. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, which was followed by a general surgery residency at Memorial Hospital in York, PA. He then completed an advanced plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan, with further specialty training at Detroit Medical Center and Botsford Hospital.
Dr. LaBrasca is known for his good sense of humor and dedication to patient care, and performs cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including breast augmentation, breast lift, liposuction, tummy tuck, facelift, and arm lift surgery. Dr. LaBrasca brings together technical proficiency and a natural aesthetic eye to help his patients get the results they want in order to feel confident and well.
Dr. LaBrasca is board-certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and is a clinical faculty member at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association, and state osteopathic medical societies in Pennsylvania and Michigan.
