Dr. Amitabha Mitra, who specializes in hand surgery, is a very highly qualified and skilled Plastic Surgeon in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Dr. Mitra graduated from Calcutta National Medical College (1968) and completed residency programs in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at Temple University Hospital. He completed extensive training in reconstructive surgery and aesthetic (cosmetic) procedures.
