Ana Cristina Carpio Morla, MD, is a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon who has developed her medical expertise in many ways. Doctor of Medicine from Central Eastern University, San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic, with MAGNA CUM LAUDE in 2013. General Surgery Residency: Dr. Luis Eduardo Aybar Hospital, Santo Domingo, DR (2015-2019). Advanced Speciality in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Residency: Salvador Bienvenido Gautier Hospital (2019 to 2021).

Dr. Carpio gained international experience with pediatric surgical rotations at Eva Samano de López Mateos Children’s Hospital in Morelia, Mexico (care of patients with cleft lips and palates and other congenital developmental anomalies) and advanced techniques for reconstructive breast surgery at ABC Hospital in Mexico City.

Dr. Carpio’s compassion and patient-centred approach to care and outcomes are evident in everything she does. She routinely attends and presents her work at national and international medical congresses as a means of maintaining her commitment to excellence in the field of surgery.
