About Andac Aykan, MD

Dr. Andaç Aykan, MD, is a highly regarded Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with over 18 years of experience as an expert in this field. He graduated from the GATA Faculty of Medicine in 2003, completed his specialization in Plastic Surgery in 2011 and received the title of Associate Professor in 2017. Between 2017 and 2020, Dr. Aykan was a faculty member at Istanbul Yeditepe University involved in medical education and surgical training.

Currently, Dr. Aykan’s clinic is located in Nişantaşı/Istanbul, Turkey. Many awards have been presented to him from both Turkey and internationally. His pioneering research on fat tissue and stem cells has earned him recognition from both the Turkish Surgical Association and the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association. He has been a representative of Turkey in prestigious Scientific Competitions, where he has represented his country by submitting his research to reputable institutions such as the University of Michigan.

Dr. Aykan has published over 50 academic papers and has contributed to multiple Book Chapters and Translation Work within his area of expertise. He has expertise in Facial Aesthetics, Rhinoplasty, Liposuction, Body Contouring, Breast Surgery, Reconstructive Surgery and Non-Surgical Treatments for Aesthetic purposes. As an incredibly well-respected expert in Aesthetic Surgery, he is a frequent guest speaker and media guest. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient-focused care for his patients and to advancing the field of Aesthetic Surgery in Turkey through Research and Acceptance of New Ideas and Technology.
