About Ahmet Aydin, MD

Dr. Ahmet Aydin is one of the leading surgeons in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, with a reputation for precision and creativity, while emphasizing patient-centered care. His medical career began at the Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine after scoring highly in entrance exams following graduating from the Kabataş High School for Boys in 2005. In 2009, he teamed with Warsaw Medical University in Poland, where he researched colorectal cancers and presented his research at multiple international congresses in Italy and Poland.

In 2011, Dr. Aydin began his training in the specialty of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine, continuing on to develop his microsurgery skills at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taoyuan, Taiwan, with the world-renowned Prof. Fu-Chan Wei as a mentor. His thesis research involved the role of pomegranate seed oil on wound healing in diabetic animal models.

From 2017 to 2019, he was employed at the Hakkari State Hospital as well as the chief physician and responsible physician at the Otluca Mountain and Commando Brigade Command Hospital. He received a number of awards for his contributions to the hospitals, all of which were recognized.

Dr. Aydin then transitioned to Medipol Mega University Hospital, where he worked as an Assistant Professor and trained future physicians and medical students until 2022. Now, he has his practice in Nişantaşı, where he is dedicated to the blending of aesthetics and sophisticated surgical techniques to produce beautiful and natural results that enrich the quality of life in patients.
