About Altan Tekin, MD
Dr. Altan Tekin is a board-certified plastic and aesthetic surgeon who is known for providing exceptional patient care and delivering natural results. He graduated from one of Turkey’s top medical schools (Akdeniz University – Faculty of Medicine) in 2014 as valedictorian after attending Sinop Science High School, where he graduated with distinction in 2007.
In 2016, Dr. Tekin was accepted to a 5-year residency program in the specialty of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at Antalya Training and Research Hospital. During the 5-year residency, he acquired extensive hands-on experience performing multiple types of surgical procedures. After completing his residency program, Dr. Tekin worked as an Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Ordu State Hospital for a period of 2 years, during which time he was able to perform multiple types of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures while continuing to provide high-quality services to his patients.
Dr. Tekin established his own private practice in the high-end area of Lara, Antalya, in 2023. He believes that every patient is unique in goals and therefore offers a tailored treatment plan according to individual needs by fully supporting them in their confidence and comfort during this process.
His goal is to improve his patients’ quality of life and increase patient confidence by providing safe and effective surgical care in a caring manner. With a personable disposition, patients will find him to be a reliable option when considering aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
