About Arthur Foley, MD

With 30 years of surgical experience, Dr. Arthur Foley is recognized as a leader among board-certified plastic surgeons performing both cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries all over Washington State. Dr. Foley completed his medical training at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and went on to complete an additional year of residency in general surgery and two years in integrated plastic surgery at Corewell Health-Grand Rapids/Michigan State University.

Since 1980, Dr. Foley has held certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, where he is also recognized by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as a member.

Dr. Foley’s career has been marked by his dedication to his patients’ safety and care, his ethical and professional standards, and his commitment to providing natural and functional outcomes for each patient. In addition to his medical degree, he has undergone extensive training in many areas of surgical practice and, therefore, approaches each procedure with great attention to detail and consideration for the unique needs of each individual patient.
