Dr. Balvant Arora is a Board-Certified Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon who has been practicing for more than 20 years and has expertise in a variety of advanced aesthetic surgical techniques, as well as reconstructive surgery and hair restoration.
As an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and an Associate Member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), Dr. Arora has many awards for his contributions to the field of plastic surgery and hair restoration. In addition, he has been invited to participate in numerous national and international conferences, seminars and broadcasts to share his knowledge and expertise on aesthetic surgery, reconstructive surgery and hair restoration.
Dr. Arora began his medical career as a certified plastic surgeon (by the Medical Council of India) before relocating to the United States in 1992. He received his ECFMG certification (for use in U.S. Medicine) in 1994, completed a General Surgery Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, and completed a Plastic Surgery Residency at Oregon Health Sciences University with a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.
