About Abby Culver, MD

Dr. Abby Culver, M.D., is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Dallas with a passion and focus on aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. She is known for her welcoming, patient-centered approach, and she spends time learning about each patient’s goals and creating personalized surgical plans to achieve naturally balanced, beautiful results. Her philosophy is to empower every individual to feel confident, comfortable, and themselves.

Dr. Culver, a female plastic surgeon, emphasizes breast and body procedures that enhance her patients’ confidence. She has a special interest in primary and revision breast implant surgery, abdominal contouring surgery, and complete mommy makeover (mommy makeover, or complete mommy makeover surgery) transformations of restored form and spirit.

Dr. Culver hails from Toronto and grew up in St. Louis. She completed her undergraduate and medical school at the University of Missouri, then completed an integrated six-year plastic surgery residency in the celebrated UT Southwestern Department of Plastic Surgery (UTSDPS), frequently cited as one of the very best programs in the country. Dr. Culver is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, a member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society, as well as a researcher and educator on multiple topics. Dr. Culver has published a large number of articles on topics including skin rejuvenation, wound healing, and scar optimization. In addition to that experience, she is also a contributing editor or reviewer with several leading aesthetic surgery journals.
