Biography

The plastic surgeon, Dr.B. Aviva Preminger, MD, received her medical degree from the Ivy League, and is a board-certified plastic surgeon, practicing only cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. She’s known for her meticulous surgical technique and patient-centered surgical approach; however, she has perfected those skills through several years of study at the Art Students League of New York, thereby combining both precision and artistry.

Dr. Preminger has completed her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, and completed many years of rigorous training in surgery as well as an integrated plastic surgery residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Columbia and Cornell campuses). In addition, Dr. Preminger has extensive training experience with some of the top institutions in the New York Metropolitan area.

Dr. Preminger is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons and has been certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, and she remains an active member of multiple professional organizations including: The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles and she has lectured extensively on topics ranging from surgical innovation to professional behavior in the age of technology.
