Dr. Taglienti is an Ivy League board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has earned a reputation for providing exceptional patient care and offering a meticulous surgical approach. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University, where he graduated after studying diligently and achieving high academic standards. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Yale University, Dr. Taglienti completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency and fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the Chief Resident.
Dr. Taglienti is a comprehensive plastic surgeon, doing a full array of surgical procedures from the head to the feet. The procedures Dr. Taglienti does include face procedures, including eyelid surgery, facelift, neck lift, facial contouring, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, liposuction, tummy tucks, and fat transfer (also known as liposuction). He also has extensive experience in the facial and body injectable area and in the use of CoolSculpting and other non-surgical methods for body contouring.
During his advanced training, Dr. Taglienti developed considerable competency in the area of breast reconstruction with microsurgery; the repair of complex cosmetic cases; the repair of cleft lip and palate; wound reconstruction; and the performance of rotational flap surgeries. Dr. Taglienti has published research in a number of medical journals and has been an Assistant Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania.
