About Adam Schaffner, MD, FACS

Dr. Adam Schaffner is a triple-board-certified plastic surgeon who is fellowship-trained in two specialties and practices aesthetic surgery of the breast, face, and body in New York City. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. The combination of these credentials, training, and experience enables him to provide natural-looking results in an aesthetically pleasing way, with the least amount of downtime and scarring.

Dr. Schaffner is a nationally recognized expert in plastic and reconstructive surgery, having been published in The New York Times and appeared on Good Morning America, FOX News, and USA TODAY as a featured guest. He has also published extensively in numerous medical textbooks and peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Schaffner has been honored as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, a New York Super Doctor®, and one of America’s Most Compassionate Doctors, all of which are indications of his skill and bedside manner and connection with the patient experience.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Schaffner has a faculty appointment with PALETTE and The Osler Institute, where he instructs other educators on the most up-to-date techniques and methodologies in aesthetic medicine and facial rejuvenation. He continues to be committed to the principles of excellence in surgery and education in plastic surgery.
