Ari S. Hoschander, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon with many years of experience working in both NY and Miami. He received his MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2006. He completed his General Surgery internship and residency at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center(Northwell Health), and received recognition for his excellence in teaching and served as Chief Resident in General Surgery.
Upon completion of his general surgery training, he completed a 3-year Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, during which time he co-edited and co-authored a textbook titled Operative Procedures in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (CRC Press), as well as authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, through which he has contributed significantly to the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
He is certified through the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Hoschander is known for his dedication to education, as well as for providing the highest quality of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical results for each patient, delivered with great precision and in a manner that meets the individual patient’s needs.
