About Aaron Capuano, MD, FACS

Dr. Aaron Capuano, MD, FACS, is a highly qualified double board-certified plastic surgeon in Bergen County, New Jersey, with over 20 years of surgical experience. He is the immediate Past President of the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons and Co-Chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Valley Hospital. Dr. Capuano has been continually named by NJ Top Doctors, as well as among Bergen County’s Top Doctors in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, for his clinical expertise, leadership, and commitment to his patients’ care.

Dr. Capuano completed his Biochemistry undergraduate degree at Syracuse University. After his studies, Dr. Capuano performed research at Brown University and received a Master’s in Biophysics and Physiology from Georgetown University. He then completed his General Surgery Residency at Drexel University and a Plastic Surgery Residency at Wayne State University (Detroit Medical Center and Beaumont Hospital). He has also spent time at Memorial Sloan Kettering and has volunteered for surgical missions in Guatemala, all reflecting his commitment to quality and compassion.

As the founder of the Northern Center for Plastic Surgery, Dr. Capuano offers customized cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, breast and body, and medspa services.
