Dr. Allen D. Rosen, MD, is a nationally recognized plastic surgeon listed among America’s top doctors by Castle Connolly Medical, New York Magazine, and New Jersey Monthly Magazine. For nearly two decades, Dr. Rosen has earned high praise for his surgical abilities and quality of care from these same organizations.
He is the founding partner and medical director of the Plastic Surgery Group and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Before establishing his practice, Dr. Rosen completed an extensive surgical residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. He then moved to New Jersey, where he has performed approximately 30,000 cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Dr. Rosen has appeared on major network television shows, including Good Morning America and MTV, as well as in various print and online magazines, including Allure, Shape, Self, and the Wall Street Journal, among other publications.
Along with Dr. Rosen’s numerous accomplishments as a physician, he is also very much committed to helping those who are less fortunate through the charitable support of several non-profit organizations. A few of these are Heal the Children, The American Cancer Society of NJ, The American Red Cross and Juvenile Diabetes Research. He uses his technical skills, combined with empathy and compassion for his patients, as a way to enhance their quality of life through natural and appealing outcomes. Dr. Rosen has been recognized as one of the Leading Physicians of the World for his work as a physician and continues to be a role model in both clinical practice and community service.
