About Angela Hulsey, MD

As a board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Angela Hulsey has built a strong academic base by following her devotion to educating herself about the most cutting-edge surgery techniques available today while providing her patients with unparalleled care that is tailored specifically to each individual and their needs. In 2017, Dr. Hulsey graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a medical degree. Following graduation, she continued her education at the University of Missouri-Columbia by completing an Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency from 2017-to-2023. Dr. Hulsey gained invaluable experience during the residency training in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery using surgical precision and artistry to achieve the best possible results for every type of patient.

Dr. Hulsey is currently licensed to practice medicine in Missouri through 2026. As such, she continues to publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals to advance the field of plastic surgery, as evidenced by the published study “Clinical Usage and Economic Effectiveness of a Recently Developed Epidermal Autograft Harvesting System in 13 Chronic Wound Patients in a University-Based Wound Center”, published in Cureus in 2016. The research shows Dr. Hulsey’s desire to find solutions for complex-wound patients through new strategies for treatment.
