About Amy M. Sprole, MD

In 2006, Dr. Amy M. Sprole, a certified Board of Plastic Surgery, began her many years as a plastic surgeon when she joined Wichita’s own Plastic Surgical Center. She trained in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at hospitals in NYC, including Columbia University and Cornell University, completing her General Surgery Residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Columbia and Cornell) as a general surgeon as well.

Dr. Sprole focuses on performing aesthetic (cosmetic) procedures, including breast augmentation, liposuction, tummy tucks/abdominoplasty and facial procedures, along with performing reconstructive surgeries related to breast cancer and skin cancer reconstruction. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. As a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Sprole currently teaches surgical residents at the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita.

Dr. Sprole has achieved many awards throughout her career. She was awarded the Wichita Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, and NewBeauty Magazine has featured her work. In addition, Dr. Sprole has received an award for academic excellence in Plastic Surgery and for outstanding contributions to her division.

Aside from being an accomplished professional, Dr. Sprole is an active mother of four sons. She enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, traveling and going on adventures with her family. Dr. Sprole’s approach is to combine surgical skill and artistic judgment with individual patient care to create the best possible results for each patient while providing an excellent patient experience.
