About Albert E. Cram, MD

Dr. Albert Edwin Cram is a practicing member of the board-certified plastic surgeon community based out of Coralville, Iowa, with over 56 years of experience practicing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He has a subspecialty in enhancing physical appearance through procedures with an emphasis and focus on improving the aesthetic symmetry, proportions, and harmony of the body as a whole.

Dr. Cram’s expertise includes aesthetic facial, nasal, breast, and body procedures, as well as total body contouring and breast reconstruction. He believes in treating each of his patients individually to guide them through the process of achieving natural and balanced results while keeping in mind the aesthetic goal the patient was hoping to achieve in the beginning.

Dr. Cram entered private practice with Dr. Al Aly in 2004 after serving as Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Iowa. It was here that Dr. Cram was heavily involved in training future surgeons, while also participating in advancing surgical techniques. Dr. Cram is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. These are organizations that promote high surgical standards and the safety of our surgical patients.

Dr. Cram has also been featured in the publication People Magazine and on the Discovery Channel, showcasing his expertise in plastic surgery and commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
