About Allan J. Parungao, MD

Dr. Allan J. Parungao, MD, FACS, is a certified plastic surgeon based in Bellevue, Washington, with over 23 years of experience in aesthetic and cosmetic surgery with an emphasis on hair restoration. He graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1995 and completed a residency in integrated plastic surgery from 1995-2001. Dr. Parungao is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Parungao has extensive experience in pediatric plastic surgery, cosmetic and breast surgery, microvascular reconstruction, head and neck oncology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is known for his special skill in hair transplantation and has performed countless hair restoration procedures with exceptional results every time. His commitment to patient satisfaction, expertise, and natural results has gained him a fantastic reputation with patients and colleagues.

Besides providing medical care, Dr. Parungao has authored scientific articles, including those in American Family Physician and Transplant Proceedings. He is passionate about hair restoration and is continuously working to evolve his techniques and implement new methods to ensure the best results.
