Biography

Dr. Barbara L. Davies, MD, FACS, has been involved in plastic surgery in Savannah ever since 1991, thus becoming its first female board-certified plastic surgeon. During more than three decades of her practice, Dr. Davies has assisted thousands of patients, who are interested in cosmetic and reconstructive surgical processes. Dr. Davies is known not only for her skills in performing operations, but also for her compassion towards her patients, as well as her patient-centered attitude.

At the beginning of her career, Dr. Davies had an extensive experience in breast surgery. Currently, her practice focuses mainly on cosmetic surgery related to breast surgery, surgery of the body and surgery of the face. The most frequently performed procedures are breast augmentation, breast reconstruction, breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, facelift and eyelid surgery.

Dr. Davies is in high demand in terms of breast surgery and body surgery procedures. She operates mostly with the women aged 40-60 years old, who want to have the minor enhancements, which allow them to look more attractive and boost their confidence. The approach used by Dr. Davies is that she strives to understand what her patients want and to achieve the results that are harmonious with their bodies.
