About Andrew Jimerson, MD

Dr. Andrew Jimerson is a Tampa Bay area physician. He provides cosmetic procedures as well as reconstructive surgery to individuals throughout the Atlanta area, although his main practice will be located in the Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek. Dr. Jimerson utilizes a patient-centered approach in providing procedures to patients seeking plastic surgery. He is recognized for his highly developed surgical skills and passion for helping people achieve their goals.

While an undergraduate, Dr. Jimerson became aware of the opportunity to obtain a medical degree in Atlanta, where he graduated in 2001. He sought out a competitive program to prepare himself for plastic surgery training at Ohio State University. His academic success allowed him to be selected as one of only three medical students in the U.S. to enter into an integrated plastic surgery training program at Ohio State University, an experience that continues to provide him with valuable skills and knowledge.

Dr. Jimerson completed both the general surgical residency and the integrated plastic surgery residency at The Ohio State University. Throughout his residency training in these specialties of surgery, Dr. Jimerson acquired extensive experience in multiple areas of advanced surgical techniques. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and has active medical licenses in Georgia, the Virgin Islands, and Ohio.

Dr. Jimerson is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, enabling him to stay current with new developments and advancements in aesthetics from around the world. Dr. Jimerson has devoted his career to helping patients find natural-looking, confidence-building results through patient safety, artistry, and personalized care.
