About Avro Gaon, MD

Dr. Avro Gaon, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon with considerable experience in the field of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He graduated from the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Medicine in 1970, after which he completed a general surgical residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by an integrated plastic surgical residency at the same institution.

Dr. Avro Gaon is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is currently holding an active medical license to practice medicine in Florida, California, and previously in the State of Michigan. Dr. Gaon is an esteemed member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and has been honored for his compassionate quality of care through the American Registry.

Dr. Gaon has had many patients throughout his career and continues to integrate his surgical skills with patient-centered care. Dr. Gaon’s signature is delivering the same high-quality, consistent, natural, proportional, and harmonious results through both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. Areas of expertise include facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, body contouring, and techniques for reconstructive surgery following trauma or congenital defects.
