About Andy Wongworawat, MD

Dr. Wongworawat is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has a great deal of compassion for his patients, and he takes pride in placing their needs first. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University in 1999 and completed his Plastic Surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. Through his commitment to advancing knowledge through education and research, Dr. Wongworawat has received many accolades for his research work and has published articles in reputable journals, including The Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, where he wrote about how to handle alveolar clefts.

At this time, Dr. Wongworawat is working as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Loma Linda University. He has a very full clinical practice, and he views the practice of plastic surgery as primarily a way to provide confidence and hope to patients. He communicates openly and honestly with his patients and listens to what they want to achieve; therefore, he provides each patient with individualized care.

Additionally, Dr. Wongworawat is dedicated to community service. He has served on the Temecula Theater Foundation Board, the Executive Committee at his church, and the Dean’s Advisory Council for La Sierra University. He has been involved with the Surgical Mission to India with Operation Good Samaritan. In his free time, Dr. Wongworawat enjoys listening to music, backpacking, reading, and working on computer-related projects.
